Castle Pines Village is a gated custom home community of approximately 3000 residents in the Douglas County school district, and is located approximately ten miles south of the DTC in Douglas County, an easy fifteen minute drive to DTC -- thirty to forty-five minutes to downtown, depending on traffic.
